I don’t count carbs or calories.  I do my best to eat foods known to be low in carbs: meat/fish, non-starchy vegetables.

I do try “low carb” type packaged products like this bread from time to time. 

No matter what, I let my blood meter tell me if something is too much sugar or not.

Moving well, feeling good, staying athletic with good “usable” strength is the goal.
